Presidential Diary II - Last chance before Armageddon is the sequel to Presidential Diary. It reveals the personal diary of Morton M. Monroe from the period January 2023 to January 2024 and is a continuation of his actions in his first term as President of the United States. While Presidential Diary dealt primarily with problems internal to the United States and North America, Presidential Diary II is more international and theoretical in nature and delves into the root problems leading to the nation being brought to the brink of collapse in the year 2020. The sequel looks at international problems from a different perspective and offers insights on how these problems are to be viewed. At the end it offers President Monroe's political testament, where it documents the ten things that must be done to preserve freedom.
Presidential Diary II catalogues the history of events that have led the United States economy to the brink of destruction. The last half of the book is devoted primarily to historical analysis and documents how the forces of socialism have slowly instituted changes that will turn the United States into a socialist dictatorship. It is a case study in how to destroy a one man one vote republic from within and makes the case that the one man one vote system must be modified or all republics in this form will eventually be overthrown.
The Presidential Diary series is a summary of the massive changes that will be required to extricate this nation from the grip of socialism. These changes are so great that they would of necessity inflict pain on great portions of society. If our government does not soon institute these changes the nation's economy will collapse in hyperinflation and what happens after that is unknown.

Presidential Diary II is the continuation of book I, only this book addresses our foreign policy and America's impact on the world. The character in the book, President Monroe, takes a very unfettered approach and does what he believes that America needs to do to survive in the world as an independent nation. The book is extremely interesting, funny at times and very insightful. I plan on purchasing the hard back version so that I have permanent copies in my library. The author is genuinely concerned for our Great County and the book shows that a lot of very serious thought has gone into the writing of this book. As I stated in my review of his first book, it is fiction that entertains and educates. I recommend it highly if you enjoyed the first book, which you would need to read in order to understand book II.Product details

This was an interesting look at a hoped for future with well thought out characters and a premise of promise..
To fully appreciate this, it is necessary to read the first book in the series, Presidential Diary. That said, this book is even better than the first and shows how this country reached the current state of affairs and what must be done to return it to the constitutional republic that was created by our founders. If you liked Presidential Diary, you should absolutely read this. If you didn't like, or didn't understand, Presidential Diary, then you shouldn't even be at this website because it is a lost cause.
